在激光微加工和无掩模纳米制造领域,关于激光材料在时空尺度上相互作用的基础研究一直是研究人员关注的热点。对相关能量传输现象的理解为微/纳米制造、纳米材料合成及将其集成到电子和能量器件上的应用开辟了新的途径, 众多新方法被应用于纳米结构局部改性、生长和组装。本文介绍了半导体材料在结构彩色超表面的纳米结晶,高时空分辨率半导体材料的定向生长,二维层状半导体的激光改性,包括空间选择性和稳定掺杂等方面的最新研究进展。
