水下持久气泡辅助飞秒激光微纳米双尺度复合织构

本文提出了一种新型水下持久气泡辅助飞秒激光微纳米双尺度复合织构化工艺。此种工艺能产生具有尾部的同心圆状毫米级宏观结构。尾状宏观结构是由多层扇形(中心角45-141°)复合微纳米结构组成。这种结构的形成是由于在“弓”字型扫描过程中动态气泡所引起的扇形衍射导致的。衍射同时还导致了入射光≥50°方向偏转,使垂直入射激光加工变成了倾斜激光加工。同心圆宏观结构是由静态气泡引起的,包含低/高/超高周期性纳米结构,周期分别为550–900, 100–200, 40–100 nm。40 nm周期,小于1030 nm激光波长的1/25,是目前在硅上可制备的最小表面周期结构。此工艺无需掩模版并且成本低廉,不仅为激光复合微纳米双尺度织构化提供了新的可能性,也同时丰富了激光加工工艺的多样性。
