高效涂布卤化物钙钛矿薄膜在大面积低成本太阳能电池中的应用

    钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究在近几年发展迅猛,其光电转化效率已超过24%, 成为新型薄膜太阳能电池之首。钙钛矿材料除了具有优异的光电性能外,另一特点是可用溶液法制备高质量薄膜, 这为其大面积低成本生产奠定了基础。在众多溶液制膜方法中,刮涂法与狭缝涂布法是两种简单的,适于大面积、高效率制备薄膜的方法。本文综述了这两种方法在钙钛矿薄膜中的应用,阐明了涂布机理以及薄膜的结晶过程,并且总结了其在钙钛矿电池与模组中的研究进展。
