激光扫描策略对纯钨选择性激光熔化的影响

    本文研究了棋盘扫描、锯齿扫描和重熔扫描三种扫描策略对纯钨选择性激光熔化的表面形貌、微观结构、力学性能和晶粒取向的影响。结果表明,在钨零件选择性激光熔化过程中,气孔和裂纹是主要缺陷。气孔可通过重熔扫描策略去除,但无论采用何种扫描策略,裂纹似乎是不可避免的。钨经过选择性激光熔化加工后的微观结构为柱状晶粒并沿结构方向具有强外延生长特征。当采用锯齿扫描策略时,得到923MPa的抗压强度和7.7%的延伸率,此抗压强度在三种扫描策略中最高。通过改变选择性激光熔化扫描策略,可以改变钨在其加工方向上的纹理。
