热轧中具有优异摩擦性能的新型水基纳米润滑剂

  • 本文以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和甘油为添加剂,使用TiO2纳米粒子合成具有优异分散稳定性和润湿性的水基纳米润滑剂。为对比有无添加SDBS的水基纳米润滑剂性能,利用Rtec球-盘摩擦仪研究了合成纳米润滑剂的摩擦学性能,并在2辊Hill 100实验轧机上对其在热轧中的应用进行了评估。与纯水相比,含4 wt % TiO2和0.4 wt % SDBS的水基纳米润滑剂,其摩擦系数和磨球磨损系数分别降低70.5%和84.3%,表现出优异的摩擦学性能。除润滑作用外,悬浮液对工作辊表面的抛光也有显著影响。因此,在850℃的轧制温度下,工件减少30%,由此产生的表面改进使轧制力降低8.3%。润滑机理主要归因于TiO2纳米粒子形成的润滑膜和滚珠轴承效应。
